Can you fix the sound on my old home videos?
Yes. We work on the audio track and give your video back with the picture untouched. We don't restore picture.
What if my recording can't be saved?
Missing or heavily obscured sound may not be recoverable. Processing starts after payment. If we cannot improve your recording, contact us: all services include at least one free revision, and a full refund is available within 14 days if results are unsatisfactory, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Do I need an account?
Yes, to upload a recording. It keeps your files private, lets you accept the price and pay, and is where you download the results. To just ask a question, use the contact form.
How do I send sensitive material?
Start with a description. For evidence, private recordings or physical originals, agree the handling with us before sending anything.
How long will it take?
It depends on the condition, length and work required. Put your deadline in the order instructions; we confirm the delivery date in your account.
