1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Verisonics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Verisonics provides professional audio and video processing services including but not limited to:
- Audio restoration and enhancement
- Forensic audio processing
- Transcription and translation
- Broadcast remastering and localization
- Secure file storage (Vault)
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you don't have rights to process
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Resell our services without authorization
- Upload malware or harmful content
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your files as instructed.
Our Services: Verisonics retains all rights to our platform, tools, processes, and documentation.
6. Payment Terms
- Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due before processing begins (for per-job services)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Refunds are available within 14 days if not satisfied (see Refund Policy)
7. Service Delivery
We aim to deliver within the stated turnaround time but do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Rush processing is available for time-sensitive projects.
8. Revisions and Refunds
- All services include at least one free revision
- Additional revisions may incur fees
- Full refund available within 14 days if results are unsatisfactory
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verisonics is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data beyond the files provided to us
- Results of audio enhancement in legal proceedings
- Third-party claims related to your content
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Verisonics against claims arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.
11. Confidentiality
We treat all uploaded files as confidential. For sensitive projects, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
12. Forensic Services Disclaimer
While we provide certified documentation for our forensic enhancement services, we do not guarantee admissibility in any specific legal proceeding. Admissibility is determined by courts and applicable rules of evidence.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your files will be deleted according to our retention policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada, unless consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
