Who handles your data

What we collect and why
Enquiries include your name, email, description and any optional contact details or sample. Accounts and orders include instructions, job history, billing records and uploaded or processed files. Hosting and security systems receive connection information such as IP addresses. We use these data to respond, deliver services, keep required business records and protect the service.
Legal bases
We process enquiry and order data to take steps at your request and perform the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); required records to meet legal obligations (6(1)(c)); and security data for our legitimate interest in protecting the service (6(1)(f)). Where processing relies on consent (6(1)(a)), you may withdraw it. Sending an assessment request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Files and service providers
Files are stored using Cloudflare R2; the application uses hosted infrastructure and email services. Stripe handles payment checkout. Audio processing can involve specialist software and external services, including ElevenLabs when that processing is used. Staff access files to assess and perform the work. Discuss restricted, privileged or sensitive material with us before uploading it. We do not promise a particular storage country or an offline-only workflow through this general intake form.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the enquiry, job, agreed storage service and applicable record-keeping duties. This site does not promise automatic deletion of every file 30 days after delivery. Contact us to agree a retention period or request deletion; we will explain any records that must be retained and the treatment of backups. Keep your own originals and downloaded deliverables.
Cookies, location and analytics
Essential cookies support sign-in and language preferences. Country information supplied by the network edge selects PLN for Poland, EUR for the rest of the EEA, and USD otherwise. Language does not set currency. Optional website analytics run only after you choose to allow them. Assessment content and uploaded samples are not included in website journey events.
Your rights and international processing
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Providers may process data outside the EEA. Contact us for the providers and transfer arrangements applicable to your project before sending material with location restrictions.
