What's the minimum order?
Each per-minute service has a first-minute minimum — for example audio restoration is €15 for the first minute, then €3/min for each additional minute. Forensic work is quoted per case.
How is duration calculated?
We bill based on the duration of your source material, not processing time. A 10-minute video costs the same whether we spend 2 hours or 20 hours restoring it.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for enterprise accounts. Institutional clients can be invoiced NET-30.
Is this AI-processed?
No. Verisonics is professional human restoration work. AI tools may assist our technicians, but every job is handled by trained professionals who make the creative decisions.
What if I'm not satisfied?
All services include at least one revision. If you're still not satisfied, contact us — we'll make it right or refund your payment.
How long does processing take?
Consumer: 5–7 days standard, 48h priority, 24h rush. Forensic: typically 3–5 days, rush available. Institutional: depends on project scope.
